Below videos were produced by videographers in Syria regional media team. By way of background, UNHCR has been producing video about refugees and the international response for years with the objective of raising the profile of crises around the world. For the past five years, it has accelerated this production in part to fill the gap left by dwindling news organization budgets around the world. Depending on the subject, the videos are distributed on external TV channels and news websites as well as UNHCR’s own channels.
